LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clerical Procurement Specialist for our client located in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in clerical and procurement tasks, who are looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement process, including the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and managing procurement documents.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2-6 years of experience in a clerical or procurement role.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
